KUPI-IG.RU guarantees the security of every transaction made on the platform. The purchase money is not transferred to the seller until successful activation (held balance).
Refund Conditions
- The key turned out to be invalid or was already activated (screenshots will be required).
- The product does not match the description (e.g., Steam platform specified, but Origin key issued).
- The seller did not deliver the product within the specified time (applies to pre-orders and boosting services).
Refunds are not provided if:
- You bought a game, but your PC does not meet the system requirements to run it.
- You disliked the game after activating the key.
- You carelessly bought a key for the wrong activation region (sellers indicate the region on the product page in BOLD font).
Got problems? Immediately go to the purchased order and open a dialogue with the seller (claim). If the seller does not respond within 24 hours or does not resolve the problem, the Marketplace Administration automatically intervenes and makes a forced refund.
