Charter of LLC No. 3 (Starter) on pages 1 and 10 | 2025

Charter No. 3 (Starter) complies with the legislation of Russia as of May 1, 2025. The Charter is supplied in two versions - on 1 and 10 pages, which are absolutely identical in terms of the content of the rules. Contains information about the presence of a seal in the company, as well as: • prohibition on increasing the authorized capital at the expense of third parties • prohibition on alienation of shares by participants to third parties • transfer of a share to heirs and successors only with the consent of the participants • prohibition on pledging a share to third parties • prohibition on selling a share of the company to third parties • possibility of participants leaving the company upon application • obligation of participants to make contributions to the property of the company • absence of an audit commission • confirmation of the adoption of a decision by the general meeting at a meeting and the composition of the participants present at its adoption, by signing the minutes by some of the participants Other rules of the law are left unchanged. The company is closed for entry, but open for the exit of participants. The Charter does not contain internal and external links and logical contradictions.
