Building a placemark for autocad

The program is designed for drawing the label by specified increments of coordinates relative to the base point in RUSSIAN versions of autocad 2013 ... 2017 and later. First, the base point is specified on request, and then the increments on the X and Y axes in millimeters are entered on request in the command line. As a result, a cross-shaped mark is constructed at the specified distance X and Y from the base point.
