Crime and criminal risks as a category and socially dev

Human activity all the way accompanied by risks of a different nature, institutional, existential to man-made. The subject of this article are risks related to the institutional and legal group of risks, namely, "criminal risk"and" criminal risk". The article attempts to define these categories as not identical. The characteristic features of the categories "criminal risk" and "criminal risk"are identified and described. The author seeks to trace the process of formation of factors of possible crime. The work is interdisciplinary, written at the intersection of philosophy of law, criminology, legal riskology.
