AUTOLISP: Building a vertical chain of dimensions

The program is designed to build a VERTICAL chain of sizes in RUSSIAN versions of autocad 2013 ... 2017 and later. The program asks to enter a base point, location of the dimension chain text height, length and width of the arrows, and then asks you to pick points for dimensioning. As a result, a dimension chain is constructed based on the specified points.
