Problems of qualification of crimes against the individ

The training manual examines the crimes against the person provided for by the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, reveals historical, general theoretical and practical issues related to the definition of the concept and types of crimes against the person, gives a criminal legal assessment of all the crimes of section VII of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation; a comparative legal analysis of the criminal law of foreign states on crimes against the person. The publication includes questions for self-control on each topic. The manual was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education, presented to the study of the discipline "Problems of qualification of crimes against the individual." Designed for students studying in the areas of undergraduate and graduate training 40.03.01, 40.04.01 "Jurisprudence".
