Cast Irons and Steels. Collection of tasks and exercise

This collection was created to help teachers of secondary vocational education and contains tasks and exercises on one of the topics of the subject "Materials Science" for workers in metalworking professions. Subtopics: 1. Ferrocarbon alloys. 2. Cast irons. 3. Steels. 4. Heat treatment. The collection consists of 21 exercises and 68 test tasks. Types of exercises: • Identifying differences; • Filling in tables, diagrams; • Defining terms; • Finding the ending of phrases; • Inserting missing words; • Decoding markings; • Characteristics of objects; • Working with pictures and graphs; • Working with a textbook. Types of test tasks: choosing one or more answer options; for compliance; truth and falsity.
