Changing icons

Run icon.exe, then about 75% of icons in the system will be replaced by a predetermined (located in the same folder as the program itself, you can change at their own discretion). No records themselves in startup, not "propagated," ie, not a virus and the antivirus is not caught. The archive has a readme file with instructions + library (if there are any errors when the program starts)
