Speculation around The Elder Scrolls VI has reached its climax. It looks like the project, which has been in the shadows since that very teaser in 2018, is finally ready for a full show. And for good reason!
Todd Howard himself recently confirmed that "most" of Bethesda Game Studios is now focused solely on the sixth installment of The Scrolls. The active development stage of Starfield is complete, and the team has completely shifted its focus to the fantasy saga.

Release date: Analysts and fans are betting on November 11, 2026. Why? It's all about the magic of numbers: this is exactly 15 years since the release of the legendary Skyrim (11.11.11). Bethesda loves this symmetry.
New engine:The game will be the flagship of Creation Engine 3. The developers claim that it will completely rethink sandbox physics and introduce a new generation of immersive systems.
Back to Basics:Howard emphasized that the game will be a “return to the classic RPG roots.” Bethesda plans to move away from the procedural experiments of recent years and focus on a deep, hand-crafted single-player world in the spirit of Skyrim and Oblivion.

Footage allegedly from the set of the film adaptation of Elden Ring has been leaked online. Judging by the photo, we are in for a very high-budget spectacle: the footage shows a detailed recreation of one of the iconic starting locations of the game.
