Sucker Punch Addresses Launch Issues for Complete Edition
Sucker Punch Productions has rolled out Patch 2.06 for Ghost of Yōtei on PlayStation 5, resolving key progression blockers and quest bugs discovered following the recent Complete Edition release.
The headline fix targets the Most Wanted contract chain, where defeated ronin leaders previously failed to register in Atsu's investigation log. The patch restores seamless mission tracking without requiring players to revert to earlier saves.
"We are closely monitoring player feedback following the Complete Edition launch. Patch 2.06 ensures all narrative milestones and associated trophies unlock as intended," confirmed Sucker Punch engineering leads.
Core Changes in Patch 2.06
Contract Progress: Fixed a conflict preventing Sekigahara clan boss encounters from triggering during active shrine side-quests.
Legends Multiplayer: Restored proper cosmetic drop rates for Nightmare raid completions.
Animation Polish: Smoothed combat transitions between dual-katana parries and grapples in Watanabe Mode.
