Building axes in AutoLISP

The program is designed to build axes in RUSSIAN versions of autocad 2013 ... 2017 and later. First, specify the center of the axes on request, and then enter the diameter of the axes in millimeters on request in the command line. As a result, at the specified point, two perpendicular segments of straight lines are constructed with a length equal to the entered diameter of the axes.
