AutoLISP: building a cross-section arrow

The program is designed to build axes in RUSSIAN versions of autocad 2013 ... 2017 and later. The program asks you to specify the starting point of the arrow, the direction of the arrow, and then enter the name of the section or view. As a result, a cross-section or view arrow with the specified name is built.
