The information field is literally bursting with news, and a new huge hit has appeared on the market. Pour some tea, let's go discuss the most interesting things!
Ditto's crazy triumph: Nintendo is back on top
If you have already acquired a brand new Nintendo Switch 2 console, then you probably know what we're talking about. The main topic of the day is the explosive release of the brand new exclusive game Pokémon Pokopia.
The numbers speak for themselves: in just four days, gamers sold more than 2.2 million copies worldwide! This crazy hype has already sent Nintendo's shares soaring, increasing the company's market value by a mind-boggling $17.9 billion.
But the coolest thing is the critical acclaim. With an 89 score on Metacritic, Pokopia managed to beat Capcom's highly rated Resident Evil Requiem to become the highest-rated new title of 2026 so far. What's the secret? The developers took a risk and abandoned the usual monster battles. We were given an incredibly cozy adventure in the spirit of Animal Crossing, where players will have to climb into the shoes of the Pokemon Ditto. Industry analysts are already rubbing their hands, noting that this breath of fresh air has finally returned the positivity and love of fans to the brand after a series of frankly mediocre releases of past years.
Battle of subscriptions: March breaks all records
If you play with a subscription, this month will be remembered for a long time. Microsoft has confirmed that in March the Xbox Game Pass library will be replenished with real heavyweights: Cyberpunk 2077, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and - yes, we have made it to this point! - the long-awaited Hollow Knight Silksong.
Sony is also not lagging behind and is preparing a powerful response. The PS Plus Extra and Premium catalog will be replenished with the brutal Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 and the stylish Persona 5 Royal. As experts note, this step directly indicates a change in the service’s strategy: now Sony is placing a clear priority on PS5 generation hits.
Future Games Show 2026: Return of the Legends
The spring presentation of Future Games Show 2026 has just ended, and it did not disappoint. We got more than 40 fresh trailers!
Among the most delicious: they finally showed the gameplay of Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection. And the main surprise was the announcement of Life is Strange: Reunion. The game will bring back to our screens the original duo of Max Caulfield and Chloe Price!
A new era in The Elder Scrolls Online
And finally, good news for those who like to lose themselves in MMOs. Zenimax Studio has announced major changes to The Elder Scrolls Online - the game is moving to a seasonal content model.
Season Zero starts on April 2nd. To properly prepare players and bring back the old guys, the developers took a generous step: several paid DLCs have now becomeabsolutely freefor all owners of the base game. And as a bonus, the network gives out generous gift promotional codes. A great reason to return to Tamriel!
This is the news for today! The industry is in full swing, but which of these will you play?
